Our facility is located in the industrial area southeast of Tucson, easily accessible from both I-10 and I-19. Here are step-by-step driving directions from each highway.
From Interstate 10 (East or West)
- 1.Take I-10 to Exit 267 for Palo Verde Road / South Tucson Boulevard.
- 2.Turn south onto South Palo Verde Road and continue for approximately 2.5 miles.
- 3.Turn left (east) onto East Los Reales Road and continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
- 4.Turn right (south) onto South Lisa Frank Avenue. Our facility is located at 6715 Lisa Frank Ave on the left side of the road.
- 5.Look for our signage and the pallet yard. Truck entrance is clearly marked. Estimated drive time from I-10: 8-12 minutes.
From Interstate 19 (North or South)
- 1.Take I-19 to Exit 95 for Irvington Road.
- 2.Turn east onto West Irvington Road and continue for approximately 3 miles.
- 3.Turn right (south) onto South Park Avenue and continue for approximately 2 miles.
- 4.Turn left (east) onto East Los Reales Road and continue for approximately 1 mile.
- 5.Turn right (south) onto South Lisa Frank Avenue. Our facility is at 6715 Lisa Frank Ave on the left. Estimated drive time from I-19: 12-15 minutes.
Parking & Access: Passenger vehicles can park in the visitor lot at the front of the building. Trucks and flatbeds should use the main gate entrance on the south side of the property. If you are picking up a large order, please pull directly into the loading area and our team will assist you.

What to Bring for Pickup Orders
If you are coming to pick up pallets at our facility, here is everything you need to bring and know to make the process smooth and efficient.
Required Items
- Valid photo ID (driver's license or state ID)
- Order confirmation number or email (if you placed an order in advance)
- Payment method — cash, check, or credit card (unless on account terms)
- Appropriate vehicle — flatbed truck, trailer, or pickup truck depending on order size
- Tie-down straps or ratchet straps to secure the load for transport
Recommended Items
- Work gloves — pallets can have rough edges and protruding nails
- Closed-toe shoes or steel-toe boots (required in the yard area)
- A tarp or plastic sheeting if you need to protect pallets during transport in rain
- Measurements of your trailer bed or truck bed to confirm pallet fit
- A helper for loading if you are picking up more than 20 pallets without a forklift-equipped vehicle
Loading Assistance: We provide forklift loading for all pickup orders at no additional charge. Just pull your vehicle into the loading area and our yard team will load your pallets. Average loading time is 10-15 minutes for orders up to 100 pallets.

Ordering large quantities of pallets is straightforward. Here is our step-by-step process for bulk orders of 200 pallets or more.
Submit Your Requirements
Tell us the pallet size, grade, quantity, and whether you need delivery or pickup. Include your timeline and any special requirements (heat treatment, custom dimensions, specific wood species). Use the contact form above, email us, or call during business hours.
Receive Your Custom Quote
Within 24 hours, we will send you a detailed quote that includes per-pallet pricing with volume discounts applied, delivery fees (if applicable), estimated availability date, and any additional service charges. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Confirm and Schedule
Approve the quote and we will schedule your order. For in-stock items, delivery or pickup can typically be arranged within 1-2 business days. Custom orders or large quantities may require 3-7 business days for preparation. We will confirm the exact date and time window.
Quality Inspection and Staging
Before your order is loaded, our quality team inspects every pallet to confirm it meets the grade specification you ordered. Pallets are staged in the loading area and organized for efficient loading. For mixed-grade orders, each grade is separated and clearly marked.
Delivery or Pickup
For delivery orders, our trucks arrive within the scheduled time window. Our driver will work with your receiving team to place pallets where you need them. For pickup orders, we load your vehicle with a forklift. You will receive a delivery receipt or pickup receipt documenting the order details.
Invoice and Payment
You receive an invoice with complete order details. Payment terms depend on your account status — COD for new customers, Net 15 or Net 30 for established accounts. For recurring orders, we can set up automatic invoicing on a weekly or monthly cycle.
Emergency & Rush Orders
Supply chain disruptions happen. When you need pallets urgently, we have processes in place to get them to you as fast as possible.
Same-Day Pickup
For in-stock standard sizes and grades, same-day pickup is available during business hours with no advance notice required. Simply come to our facility, tell us what you need, and we will load your vehicle. This is the fastest option for quantities up to 200 pallets.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery within the Tucson metro area is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days. We can typically deliver same-day or by 8:00 AM the following morning. A rush fee of $75-$150 applies depending on distance and load size. For after-hours emergencies, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Priority Account Status
Customers with recurring orders can apply for Priority Account status. Priority accounts receive guaranteed stock reservations, priority delivery scheduling during peak season, and access to after-hours pickup by appointment. This ensures you are never caught without pallets even during the busiest times of year.

Temporary Surge Support
If you have a one-time event, seasonal spike, or unexpected large order that exceeds your normal pallet needs, contact us as early as possible. We can often pre-stage large quantities in advance of your need date and arrange multiple deliveries over several days to support your surge without disrupting your normal operations.
