Transportation & Delivery
We operate our own fleet of flatbed and enclosed trailers, delivering pallets across Tucson and Southern Arizona. Regular scheduled routes, next-day delivery, and on-demand service when you need it fast.
Schedule a Delivery
Our Fleet
We own and operate every truck in our fleet. No brokers, no subcontractors. That means full control over scheduling, quality, and communication.
Flatbed Trailers
Our 53-foot flatbeds carry up to 800 pallets per load (stacked). Ideal for large orders and regular route deliveries. Flatbeds allow for side-loading and forklift access from any angle, making unloading fast and easy.
Enclosed Trailers
Our enclosed trailers protect pallets from weather during transport — important for heat-treated pallets that need to stay dry and clean for export. Each enclosed trailer holds up to 600 pallets per load.
Box Trucks
Our 26-foot box trucks are perfect for smaller orders, tight loading docks, and urban deliveries where a full semi cannot maneuver. Each box truck holds up to 200 pallets and can navigate narrow warehouse access roads.
Delivery Options
Scheduled Routes
Regular weekly or bi-weekly delivery routes across Tucson. Lock in a delivery day and we show up consistently with your standing order. Most popular option for manufacturing plants and distribution centers with predictable pallet consumption.
Next-Day Delivery
Order today, receive tomorrow. Available for in-stock items to addresses within the Tucson metro area. Place your order by 2:00 PM and your pallets will be on a truck first thing the next morning.
On-Demand / Rush
Need pallets urgently? Same-day rush delivery available for time-critical situations. We maintain a ready inventory for emergency orders. Rush fees apply but your pallets arrive within hours, not days.
Delivery Scheduling
Scheduling a delivery with us is simple. Here is how to do it, whether you are a first-time customer or an existing account.
Phone or Form
Call us directly or fill out the delivery request form on this page. Let us know the pallet type, quantity, delivery address, and your preferred date and time window. We confirm availability within 2 hours during business hours.
Standing Orders
For recurring needs, set up a standing order once and forget about it. We deliver the same quantity on the same day every week (or bi-weekly, monthly — whatever schedule fits your operation). Standing orders get priority loading and guaranteed delivery windows.
Time Windows
We offer morning (7AM-12PM) and afternoon (12PM-5PM) delivery windows. If you need a specific arrival time — for example, before your first shift starts at 6AM — we can arrange early delivery for an additional fee.
Dock Requirements
Let us know your dock setup when scheduling. We accommodate standard loading docks, ground-level delivery, and forklift-assist scenarios. If your dock has height or width restrictions, inform us in advance so we send the right truck.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to reschedule? Give us 24 hours notice and we will adjust your delivery at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee if the truck has already been loaded and dispatched.
Tracking & Communication
You should never have to wonder where your pallets are. We keep you informed at every stage of the delivery process.
Dispatch Notification
You receive a text or email notification when your truck is dispatched from our yard, including the driver name and estimated arrival time.
En-Route Updates
If there are any delays due to traffic, weather, or scheduling changes, we notify you immediately with a revised ETA. No surprises.
Arrival Confirmation
When the truck arrives at your facility, you receive a real-time confirmation. Your dock team knows exactly when to expect us.
Delivery Receipt
After unloading, you receive a digital delivery receipt with the exact quantities delivered, signed by your receiving team and our driver.
Dedicated Contact
Every customer gets a direct phone number and email for their account coordinator. No phone trees, no hold music — just a real person who knows your account.
Issue Resolution
If anything is wrong with a delivery — wrong quantity, damaged pallets, missed window — call your coordinator and we resolve it within 24 hours, guaranteed.
Pricing Structure
Our delivery pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Here is how it works.
Primary Zone — Free Delivery
Deliveries within the Tucson metro area (zip codes 85701-85757) are free for orders of 100+ pallets. Smaller orders within the primary zone carry a flat delivery fee that is quoted upfront.
Extended Zone — Flat Rate
Deliveries to Sierra Vista, Nogales, Casa Grande, and other extended zone locations are charged a flat per-mile rate from our Tucson yard. The rate is quoted before you commit and never changes once confirmed.
Standing Order Discounts
Businesses on standing weekly or bi-weekly delivery schedules receive preferential delivery rates. The more consistent your orders, the lower the per-delivery cost because we can optimize our routes.
Rush / Same-Day Premium
Same-day rush deliveries carry a premium over standard delivery because they require us to re-route a truck. The premium is quoted when you call and you approve it before we dispatch.
Bundled Service Pricing
If you use multiple services — for example, delivery plus buyback pickup on the same trip — we bundle the logistics and often eliminate the delivery fee entirely. Our truck is already there.

Frequently Asked Questions
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer scheduled routes, next-day delivery for in-stock products, rush delivery when capacity allows, and recurring route service.
Do you use your own trucks or brokers?
We use our own fleet, which gives us direct control over scheduling, communication, and delivery quality.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Tucson metro, Southern Arizona, and selected extended-zone locations. Large orders outside the standard area can be quoted separately.
Can you deliver both new and recycled pallets?
Yes. We transport new, recycled, repaired, custom, and heat-treated pallets depending on your order.
Do you offer same-trip pickup for surplus pallets?
Yes. In many cases we can deliver fresh pallets and pick up surplus pallets for buyback or recycling on the same trip.
What type of trailers do you use?
We use flatbeds, enclosed trailers, and box trucks to match the volume, weather sensitivity, and dock access requirements of the job.
How late can I place an order for next-day delivery?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM for in-stock items in Tucson metro typically qualify for next-day delivery.
Can you handle large recurring deliveries?
Yes. We support recurring scheduled deliveries for manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other operations with predictable pallet demand.
Do you deliver heat-treated pallets for export customers?
Yes. We can deliver heat-treated pallets and other export-ready wood packaging while keeping them dry and documented.
What if my site has limited truck access?
We can match the vehicle to the site. Box trucks and smaller delivery setups are available for tighter access points and urban facilities.
Need Pallets Picked Up?
We also pick up pallets for buyback and recycling. Our trucks run both ways — delivering fresh pallets and picking up surplus on the same trip.
