Pallet Accessories

Hinged wooden collars that stack on standard pallets to create modular bins. Available in standard and custom sizes. Collapsible for easy storage and return shipping. Each collar adds approximately 8 inches of height and can be stacked up to 6 high, creating enclosed containers up to 48 inches tall. Corners use galvanized steel hinges rated for 5,000+ open/close cycles.

Plywood and pressed-wood lids that protect loads during transport and stacking. Prevents dust, moisture, and debris from reaching your products. Available in standard 48" x 40" and custom sizes. Lids feature reinforced edges to prevent cracking and can be used with or without pallet collars. Weight capacity on top surface supports stacking of loaded pallets up to 2,000 lbs.

Cardboard and plastic corner guards that prevent strap damage and load shifting. Essential for fragile or high-value cargo. Available in L-shaped and U-shaped profiles, in lengths from 12 inches to 96 inches. Cardboard protectors are recyclable and cost-effective for one-way shipping. Plastic protectors are reusable for hundreds of cycles in closed-loop supply chains.

Common uses: Strapped loads, fragile goods, heavy stacking

Thin plastic or fiber sheets used as pallet alternatives for push-pull attachment forklifts. Reduces weight and cost for export shipping. Each slip sheet weighs under 3 lbs compared to 40+ lbs for a wood pallet, saving significant freight costs on international shipments. Available in corrugated fiber, solid fiberboard, and polyethylene plastic.

Steel and poly strapping, stretch wrap, and banding tools. Keep loads secure during transit with professional-grade materials. We stock 1/2" and 3/4" poly strapping, steel strapping for heavy loads, hand-grade and machine-grade stretch wrap in 60–120 gauge, and corner seal kits. Poly strapping is our most popular option — it is lighter, safer, and cheaper than steel for most applications.

Wood dunnage, foam padding, and corrugated dividers to separate and protect products within pallet loads. Custom-cut wood dunnage creates air gaps between layers for ventilation or protects fragile items from crushing. Corrugated dividers are available in standard cell configurations (4, 6, 8, 12 cells) or custom layouts matched to your product dimensions.

Weather-resistant tags, RFID labels, and painted markings for pallet identification and tracking through your supply chain. Plastic tags survive outdoor exposure, washing, and rough handling. RFID tags enable automated inventory scanning and pallet pool management. We also offer custom stenciling and color-coded paint marking services for visual sorting.

DIY pallet repair kits with replacement boards, nails, and basic tools. Keep your pallets in rotation longer with quick on-site fixes. Each kit includes pre-cut replacement deck boards (matched to standard pallet dimensions), ring-shank nails, a pry bar for removing damaged boards, and illustrated repair instructions. One kit repairs approximately 10–15 pallets.
